The flaring tool drill bit set is designed for expander flare copper pipe. it is containing 5 pieces in a set with the dimension of 1/4″ 3/8″ 1/2″ 5/8″ and 7/8″ soft and hard tubing.
Instructions
- Use a reamer to remove the burr on the inner wall of the pipe end, please take safety precautions during the whole process
- select the corresponding expansion pins and fix them on the electric drill, it is recommended to use an electric drill with power above 550W.
- secure the tube, insert the expansion pins into the copper tube, start the electrical drill to expand the pipe
- Turn off the drill, remove the copper pipe and insert another copper pipe end
